Sunday, May 9 = 295Lbs
Wed., May 12 = 285Lbs

Since I've been sick I've lost 10Lbs. This is a good time to kick it into gear and continue the weight loss.

1st goal = 250Lbs
2nd goal = 225Lbs
3rd goal = 199Lbs
