Yesterday I didn't bother posting my Sunday Thinspiration since I was busy with Easter dinner at my mom and grandma`s place. The evening went great... I made lasagna and it tasted yummy! I used fresh whole grain noodles, low fat cottage cheese instead of ricotta (had more protein), and low fat shredded cheese. Using fresh pasta really made a huge difference... I couldn't get over what a big difference it made. My cousin even took four pieces home! Grandma made roast beef, mashed potatoes, and veggies. My mom made a cheesy cauliflower dish that made me suffer with pain.
Tonight I`m not feeling that great. I felt like I might have a panic attack, but then I decided to check my blood sugar level and found that it was too low. I`m not quite used to the feeling of when it drops, but thank God I checked. It`s so hard taking Metformin for my PCOS, but I can`t take it as often as it`s been prescribed since I`m not eating like a regular person. Tomorrow I see my doctor and will discuss everything that`s been going on. So far I weigh 235Lbs and I am wearing clothes that I haven`t worn for over four years. So far a total of 65Lbs lost... I`m off to a great start. I will update you all tomorrow once I get back, as well as share some wonderful product reviews.
