Today's weigh in: 228Lbs
I'm still loosing about 2Lbs a week, and I'm feelking great. I'm back to work, so I'm walking about 30 minutes a day. Starting tomorrow I will be taking the stairs at work... I'm on the fourth floor. Wish me luck with that one! And now it's time for some thinspirational pics... have a great week!
