Today's weigh in: 211Lbs
Since last Sunday I've lost 5Lbs, which I'm very pleased about. I'm so close to getting under 200Lbs, and I can't wait! I'm still not used to losing 89Lbs... my mind is still thinking I'm fat... fat as in 300Lbs. Now I have the problem of hanging skin, and I hate what I look like now just as before. The main thing is that I'm no longer on high blood pressure medications, and able to walk and climb stairs no problem.
Now it's time for some thinspirational photos... and remember I DO NOT promote eating disorders, I pray for those that are suffering. Link up and get healthy... and see you all next Sunday.
