Today's weigh in: 194Lbs
Since last week I've lost 3Lbs so I'm quite happy. This has been a constant struggle, and I still haven't been eating as much as I should. The last few weeks have been hard, and my sugar drops. I've been regular on the vitamins and protein supplements, but I'm almost stuck. I haven't been working out, or I'd probably lose a lot more. I'm almost afraid to do much, until my sugar is under control. I don't want to faint again, which was quite scary. I would be lucky if I eat one proper meal a day, which I know isn't what I'm supposed to be doing. I have to get blood work done this week, so we will see how I'm doing from that.
