Today's weigh in: 192Lbs
Since last week I've lost 2Lbs. I'm back on the bandwagon and losing weight again. My sugar hasn't been dropping like it was, as I've altered my diet. I decided to test and see if I'm lactose intolerant, and I believe I am. I've only been drinking lactose free milk, and staying away from all dairy this week. Food hasn't been going through me like it was before. Before I'd eat food, and it would literally zoom through my system within 20 minutes, was like turning on a tap. I will stay on the lactose free dairy products, and see if my condition stays the same. My sugar kept dropping before because I couldn't keep anything in me, but the last few days have been an improvement.
