So today is my third day on healthy eating, and I've been sticking to eating healthy for the most part. I made minestrone soup, and have been feasting off that for a couple days now. I will add the recipe to my Kimmie's Fav. Recipes blog shortly. When I started a few days back, I was 190Lbs, and as of this evening I'm 187.5Lbs! Not bad for a good start, eh? My goal weight by spring, is to get down to 150Lbs, and I'm determined. I wanna start skating, and walking, and swimming a couple times a week. Time to burn some calories, and actually get some exercise. Wish me luck!
