Ugghhh You know I admit I was in great shape when I did Pilates, but I just don't have it in me to do it at home - Anyhoo, I've been on Mars for two months but I am back now - hope you summer is going fabulously! And, I don't kow if I ever asked, but I'd love to do a giveaway/review on your site - let me know what you think when you hav the time - you could even do a post about what I have up right now - would love to get more public input!   3. Pilates is a great way to lose weight and make your muscles more flexible. After my coolsculpting treatment, I enrolled myself to a Pilates class. It was the most amazing experience.
