One thing that I've noticed over the past year or so since having gastric bypass surgery, I've gotten sick more frequently. My immune system isn't as strong as it should be, and I can't tell you how many times I've come down with a cold. I feel like I'm always writing giving medical updates on here... whether it's for a cold, anxiety/panic attack, depression, PCOS, or something else that's going on. I don't regret one minute of having the surgery, and would elect to have it over and over again. When they say make sure to take your vitamins for life... they truly meant it.
I'm feeling better then I was, and still going to take it easy for the next couple of days. It's that time of year when the air is getting colder, and everyone seems to be getting sick. Oh well, another day of resting.
