Sleep is an important thing for us. In sleep we get rest both mentally and physically. A deep and good sleep makes us ready for the next day. Take A Bath In Fragrant Water Before Going To Sleep
You will not have a deep sleep unless you have total comfort of the body. For this reason take a bath before going to sleep. If you are staying in hot and humid weather use cold water for bath but for the people who stays in the cold area it is advised to use warm water.

Pour few drops of lemon juice in your bath water. Lemon fragrance invokes sleep. Instead of lemon juice you can add few drops of lavender, jasmine or sandalwood essential oil to make the bath water fragrant. But use very mild fragrance. It helps to bring sleep whereas strong smell keeps our nerve alert and makes us sleep less.

Aloevera is an excellent product to make our head cool. Slit aloevera and extract the gel. Mash it and apply it on your scalp. Regular use of aloevera on your scalp makes our head cool, keeps our nerve under control and helps to get a deep sleep. Use it regularly and get the benefit.

Camphor And Coconut Oil
Mix pinch of camphor with coconut oil and massage that oil on your scalp in a round about way for half an hour. Then comb or brush your hair. Massaging, combing and brushing increase blood circulation and supply adequate oxygen to our brain. Camphor oil massage before going to sleep may bring a good night sleep.

Take Your Dinner Early
Take your meal at least one hour before going to sleep. If you go to bed immediately after taking meal, food will not digest well and will gear up the problem of acidy and gas. Naturally Because of this uncomfortable situation you will have a sleepless night. To avoid it better have your dinner enough time before going to sleep and give your body a chance to start digesting process. You will get a better result if you make a habit of walking for 30-40 minutes after taking your dinner.

Milk, Honey And Nutmeg
Drink a cup of warm milk mixing with a table spoon honey before going to sleep. It brings sleep. Mix a teaspoon nutmeg powder in a glass of milk and drink it before going to sleep. It brings a god night sleep naturally.

Cinnamon And Honey
Crush a stick of cinnamon ½ inch length into fine powder and mix a teaspoon honey with this powder. Lick the mixture before going to bed. Practice this regularly and overcome the problem of sleeplessness.

Yogurt

Be sure that your bed room is comfortable enough. Do not use harsh light in bedroom. Moreover, dark colors in bed room are not good for our nerve and hampers our sleep. So use all light and pastel sheds like pink, sky blue, lavender, custard yellow for the bed sheets, pillow and curtain. Get sure that there is adequate air circulation in your bed room.
