Today's weigh in: 190Lbs
I haven't been blogging much when it comes to my weight loss, as I've been kind of mia lately. I had put on a fair amount of weight while being pregnant, but have dropped all of it already and more. Before the pregnancy I had gotten up to about 200lbs, and then at my highest while pregnant, I was 220lbs. The last little while I've been yoyoing between 180lbs and 185lbs... which my next listed goal is set at 175lbs. Ten pounds until my next goal... it's doable if I actually stick to a plan.
As of today, I've committed to keeping a food diary using the MyFitnessPal on my cellphone. I will make a huge effort of jotting down everything that goes in my mouth. I know that it's easy to accidentally eat/drink more calories than planned, and then once added up it's quite scary. I also want to make a point of trying to get more exercise in every day... whether it be cleaning around the home, or going for a walk with my daughter (weather permitting).
