Today's weigh in: 183Lbs

Since last Sunday I have lost a total of 7Lbs! I'm super happy so far, and my next goal isn't that far away. As of now, I would like to steadily lose a minimum of 2lbs a week, but preferably 5lbs. Is it doable? Of course it is, I just have to really put my mind to it. I probably would have lost more, but I splurged and had a burger and onion rings the other day. I have also been a naughty girl and ate a few pieces of milk chocolate... which isn't that bad compared to a burger.

I'm starting a new job tomorrow and will be walking to work, rain or shine. It's quite a hike, but I'm determined to do it daily. That would be 30 minutes there and back daily, which I should see I huge improvement if I keep it up. Wish me luck!
